Turtles Forever is an animated crossover film that brings together different generations of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Due to licensing issues, the original 1987 voice cast was not brought back; new actors were hired to mimic the classic voices. The film includes numerous Easter eggs and cameos, including a black-and-white appearance by the original Mirage comic book Turtles. Turtles Forever was originally aired on television before being released on DVD, and it has since become a cult favorite for longtime fans.
